Lyn:
Lyn has lived in the Bradenton area since 2004. She has been swimming competitively since the age of 5 through summer and age group swim teams, high school and into college and masters level teams. She is an avid swimmer, boater, jet skier, water skier, scuba diver, paddle boarder and beach bum. She earned her bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in human development at Colorado State University. She is American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard, First Aid, AED, Scuba and USA Swimming Official trained and CPR certified. She believes in teaching a healthy respect for the forces of water and has years of experience teaching all ages including her own two children starting them at the age of six months. Her teaching style is gentle while instilling love, respect, safety, self rescue and survival skills in and around the water especially in order to live and enjoy the Florida lifestyle.
Braedan :
Braedan has been in Bradenton since 2004. She has been swimming since she was six months old and competitively swimming since she was six years old on summer, year-round, and high school swim teams. She is an avid golfer and swimmer which gives her the passion to teach both. She also loves to travel and spend time with her puppies! She has her degree in Education from State College of Florida. She also is American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard, AED, First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, and Scuba trained and CPR Certified. She hopes to give her students the skills necessary to survive in and around the water while instilling the confidence for a healthy lifestyle and a lifelong enjoyment of the water.
